When linking your kiosk account to your online account on our website you will need to enter the email address you used at the kiosk along with the password you setup on the kiosk. If you don't remember your password or if the local account you are looking for is not coming up on the Linked Account page we would be happy to help you. We do need some additional information to help locate your kiosk account. Please answer the following questions.

We understand it can be frustrating when training sessions, games or other data seems to be missing from your account. This can happen for a variety of reasons, most commonly it is caused by a local HitTrax kiosk account not being associated to your cloud account. If you are inquiring about something missing from the leaderboard please provide us with as much information as you can about the missing play, such as what facility you were visiting and what email address you may have used at the facility. *Please note that not all session plays are eligible for leaderboard rankings. Only the plays made during a Hitting session will appear on our leaderboards.
